LEADERSHIP BETRAYAL: Surprise! Yes, one of those surprises that’s like a horse kicking you in the gut when you walk behind him. It HURTS! But, it does get better eventually. What’s a leader to do? Remember, Jesus went through this with one of His closest followers – well supposed to be followers (you learn a lot about imposters in ministry).

What’s a leader to do? Well, learn from the event and express your appreciation to those who stand with you. Above all don’t let it derail you. Stay the course and don’t let the enemy stop you from serving the Lord. It will get better! God is not through with you friend. Stay the course. As Jesus said when he was hated and they wanted to kill Him, “John 5:17 “But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.” His mind was on the Father not the enemy.
