Mentoring

MENTORING: Regardless of our leadership position, one of the key responsibilities is to mentor those we are leading. The Bible is filled with very successful leaders because of this primary aspect of their leadership (ex. Moses & Joshua, Jesus & the twelve, Paul & Timothy, i.e.).  One of the most successful ways I have mentored those following me has been to teach monthly leadership classes.  I met once a month on Saturday at 7:30 for breakfast and then taught until 9:00 (stop promptly). You need to choose what works best for you.
