ORGANIZATION: When I ponder this thought, I immediately think of simplicity.  It is a shame when some know more about Roberts Rules of Order than they do their Bible. I caution you about backing yourself into a corner with a quagmire of rules.  

Order is Biblical and necessary but you need flexibility because not all situations are the same nor do they require the same measure of application – the word here is – GRACE.  Empathy is some situations means that you don’t treat every situation or person the same.  

For example, if the speed limit is 55 and a man is driving 56 he is not abiding by the law but what if he has his wife with him dying and he’s taking her to the ER? Would you write them a ticket? I should hope not. In church life and life in general, things are not always the equal.  

Allow yourself some room to accurately evaluate each situation and then make the best decision. Don’t back yourself into a corner with unnecessary rules and regulations.  Relax. You DO NOT have to have everything is writing. But if you want it writing start with the Word of God! Bless ya!
