YOUR repertoire OF rhemas:  what?  This may be the most important thought of leadership and your life I have addressed. One of the most important things you will ever do is compile the ideas and thoughts the Holy Spirit burns in your heart as you read His Word and pray for His Will.  Rhemas are those ideas that burn in your heart and mind (leap off the pages of Scripture) when you are reading it.  I believe that during each Worship service where the Word of God is being preached there will be targeted ideas from the Holy Spirit regarding your life. That’s why you may read a passage today with no major insight and then return a few weeks, months or years later and suddenly it is opened up to you as if it’s the first time you have ever read it with the splendor of a life-changing idea or ideas. Collect those Rhemas from the Holy Spirit and listen to His voice with the intent to obey.

Isaiah 30:21 “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This [is] the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.”
